We may review billing information, delivery information, payment authorisation, order details, and fraud or security indicators.

We may delay, refuse, or cancel an order if:

Returns and Refunds

For approved returns under the statutory right of withdrawal:

  • The cost of the least expensive standard delivery option is refundable where required by applicable law.
  • Any additional charge for an upgraded delivery option, such as Express Shipping, may not be refundable beyond the cost of the standard delivery option.
  • Direct return‑shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility unless we confirm otherwise.
  • GadgetGurus does not charge a restocking fee for a valid statutory withdrawal.

For confirmed damaged, defective, incomplete, incorrect, or materially misrepresented items, contact us before returning the item. We will provide appropriate instructions and will not require you to pay return costs where the issue is confirmed to be our responsibility.

Payment Disputes

If you believe a payment was made in error or have a concern about an order charge, contact us first at support@gadgetgurus.shop so we can review the matter.

If a payment dispute or chargeback is opened, we may provide relevant order, payment, delivery, and communication records to the payment provider, card issuer, bank, or financial institution handling the dispute.
